The University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, has released Notification No. 35 for filling online exam application forms for undergraduate semester examinations under the National Education Policy (NEP-2020) for the academic session 2025-26. This applies to first-semester regular students in constituent and affiliated colleges across various faculties, as well as first and second-semester non-collegiate (private) students.

• Regular students must have a minimum C-Grade (40% marks) and 75% attendance in UG courses under NEP-2020.


• Candidates must have completed higher secondary education (12 years) or equivalent from a recognized board.


• Non-collegiate students from sessions before 2023-24 follow previous ordinances; new admissions follow NEP-2020 rules.

·         Application Process:

• Colleges/Departments will upload student data via CSV files for regular students. Ensure only eligible candidates are included.


• Enter accurate details like mobile number, email, Aadhaar number, and ABC ID. Incorrect information may lead to form rejection.


• Pay exam fees online only. Verify payment within 24 hours; no refunds for extra or duplicate payments.


• Submit hard copy of the exam form, enrollment form, and previous marksheets (if applicable) to the respective college/department within two working days after online submission. Forms sent by post will not be accepted.


• Enrollment number remains the same for future exams.


• For practical subjects, training at the college is mandatory to appear in practical exams.

Exam Fee Schedule (as per notification):

• Additional Fees: Practical Fee Rs. 210/- per paper for Regular and Non-Collegiate (Category students).


• Enrollment Fee: Rs. 410/- from Rajasthan Board Students; Rs. 820/- from other boards.


• Practical Training Fees: Rs. 1500/- per subject (for both semesters) for Collegiate Students belonging to Science Faculty (whereas Rs. 1000/- per paper for both semesters) shall be charged from the same category students belonging to other than Science faculty

• महाविद्यालय/विभाग नियमित छात्रों के लिए सीएसवी फाइल के माध्यम से डेटा अपलोड करेंगे। केवल योग्य उम्मीदवारों को शामिल करें।


• मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल, आधार नंबर और एबीसी आईडी जैसी सटीक जानकारी दर्ज करें। गलत जानकारी से फॉर्म निरस्त हो सकता है।
